The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 73 of the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009"

The legislative act (Reg. No.4323) amends Clause 73 of the effective Law, pursuant to which, the leaser who fulfills the duties due to the real estate lease agreement properly, is entitled to extend the period of validity of the lease agreement, but for the period not exceeding two years.
